Terms and conditions

We will deliver your order as a postal package. Consumer orders are delivered to your nearest pickup location based on the given delivery address. The orders of registered business customers will be delivered to your delivery address. The delivery time is approximately two weeks. We will not take responsibility of delays caused by third parties.

Payments terms

We use the Klarna Checkout payment system in our webshop for unregistered (consumer) customers.

Klarna offers consumers these payment methods:
• invoice
• instalments (Klarna account)
• card payment
• online bank transfer
• MobilePay.

For registered business customers we offer payment with invoice.

Delivery costs and prices

Delivery cost 15 euros will be added to the total of your order. Prices for unregistered users include VAT 24 %. Prices are shown without VAT for registered business users.
Pick-ups from Loihe’s Kokkola warehouse (Yrittäjäntie 6, 67100 KOKKOLA, FINLAND), when offered, are free of charge.

Exchanges and returns

Unused products have a 14 days’ exchange and return policy. The period starts from the date of receiving the product. Products exchanged or returned must be in the same condition as a new product. We will not pay for the return costs. If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact our customer service at myynti@loihe.fi. Please don’t send products before you have contacted our customer service and received instructions.

Registered business customers: please contact info@lannen.com for exchange or return requests.

If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please note:
• You should inform of the fault within reasonable time.
• Your right to make a complaint means that as a customer you may complain about faulty products or deliveries.
• This does not apply to situations where the fault is caused by using the product incorrectly or washing it against instructions.
• We will compensate for the return costs when they are reasonable and the reason for returning the product is justified.
• Please do not send products before you have contacted our customer service and received instructions. We will not compensate for return costs if you have returned products against our instructions.

Privacy policy

The operator of the webshop is responsible for the appropriate handling of your private information. Personal information will never be given out or sold to third parties, unless it is a juridical matter.

You have the right to inspect your data in our database by contacting our customer service. We follow the Finnish law on privacy policy. You will find our privacy policy in www.loihe.fi.
